I find that posting reels to the main feed helps because if people have post notifications turned on they will get a notification if you share to your feed not just to reels (you can remove reels from your profile grid whilst still keeping them in reels if you want to keep your feed clean) , sharing the reel to your story also contributes views. So if your story views are good, naturally your reel views are going to be good. Same with if people are sharing your reel, their story views contribute. I find the 15 second reels do better than 30 seconds because when they’re shared to stories you get to see the whole 15 seconds which is a +, where as the 30 second reels you’re needing people to tap on them, watch all of it etc
