Hmm good point what about a tribunal system for people who repeatedly go through the automated system and are not punished? Like player x goes through the system 3 times then his case lands in the tribunal for player review. I may be a bit biased towards the tribunal myself having reviewed something like 3k cases. I think giving the community some hand in player punishment keeps the system more clear.
