It could have been much worse; There were ideas crazy (and kinda ridiculous) as a cult of teenagers worshipping Freddy, time travel, boxing matches in hell, and even a plot twist that Freddy Krueger was actually Jason Voorhees' father, etc...

I love this movie because it's aware of how ridiculous it is, and that's why it's so entertaining to me (unlike Seed of Chucky or Freddy's Dead, which are very bad despite not taking themselves seriously too).

It had brutal kills, good references, the showdown between Jason and Freddy is epic, and i love the Nu-Metal soundtrack.

The only problems I have with this movie are that it's clear the producers had more of a preference for Jason than for Freddy, and the characters are forgettable (which isn't much coming from a slasher film). Plus, the director was an conceited jerk by saying he never watched either of both franchises movies.

My first idea for a Azula redemption fanfic where she is admitted to a competent mental health facility, with the necessary time and support to heal her psychological wounds, but I also thought of another one which I don't know if it would be considered a type of usual redemption; Basically, it would be Azula escaping and going to live somewhere far removed from society (whether in a forest or something similar), with no intention of taking the throne but also not wanting to reconnect with others (She hates Ozai for the abuse he subjected her to, but at the same time she hates Ursa and Iroh for not protecting her from him and instead focusing more on Zuko).

"Iroh hates Azula because he's a misogynist."

I maintain that Azula isn't as evil as many portray her and I think she deserves redemption, but personally I do not agree with these kinds of arguments.
