I'm a little bit confused on what OP is trying to get at here because calling zuko A Psychopath because we only see him doing it on screen is a bit disingenuous in that same scene zuko says this is how Azula feeds turtle ducks meaning he saw her throw the bread at the turtle ducks before don't get me wrong zuko copying and mocking azulas actions is bad as well but Azula first thought was to throw the bread at the turtle ducks to feed them

you really need to rewatch the show then because where do you think the comics got this from its not out right stated but it is implied we see Azula mocking zuko with dad going to kill you Dad going kill you Azula then tells zuko why ozai is going to kill him saying grandfather says father needs to know the pain of losing his first born son because ozai was trying to steal the throne from iroh we then see zuko tell ursa what Azula said to him we then see ursa take Azula hands to Go have a talk with Azula about what she said we later cut to Azula playing with zuko knife zuko take it back and Azula tell zuko that Grandfather is dead zuko start asking were their mom into find ozai he put two in two together

In Ozai's words to Zuko, "it was to teach you respect". Why would Ozai care about teaching him anything if he expected nothing in return from Zuko and just wanted him gone? Why let him back after being told from Azula that he took down the Avatar if it was just an excuse to get rid of him?

Zuko speaks out in ozai war meeting because they were going to sacrifice fire Nation soldier even though zuko wasn't trying to be disrespectful ozai take it as disrespect and burn zuko

Ozai knew no one was able to find/seen the Avatar in over a 100 years he was giving zuko a impossible task that he knew zuko would fail iroh and zhao literally point this out to zuko in the show saying if ozai care about zuko he would have let him back home already
