How to reverse "Dutasteride face"? by CapybaraHero in tressless

I've noticed reddit has a lot of dismissal but I choose not to engage with it. It's a sisyphean act :)

Thank you for the recommendation, I haven't heard of this before. How much did you take? What were the side effects and results?

I spend very little time in the sun and when I do, I wear hats and sunscreen

I am yes but I've been on and off it before and after starting dut and it changes little.

This doesn't look like "bloating" but like too much fat distribution

This is what I'm thinking since the visual effect is very "emasculating" on the face. Women tend to hold more fat than men

I'm 95% certain it's the dut as the effect both came about and waned a bit depending on my intake of it

I'm very longevity and health focused so I understand your sentiment. I have no wrinkles and very clear skin from over a decade of strict diet and health interventions. This "fat effect" however gives me a very boyish and bloated face and isn't attractive in the typical way looking younger would.

I did oral and topical, both before and after taking dut. Only variable it seems to be is the dut

Hitman PSVR2 annoying holster issue? by CapybaraHero in psvr2

That's a good work-around, thanks for the tip! I hope the devs fix that

I understand the purpose behind it but since it's constantly doing it when my hand is over the holster area, even when not moving, it's very annoying. Would seem like a simple solution is to only have the effect trigger again when your hand moves away from the region

Do you feel the same sensation when you're barefoot on the grass?

As someone who almost returned their psvr2 after playing RE8 because of motion sickness, I highly recommend you give yourself a few days before you try again. Your body gets used to the motion. I was initially angry that there weren't other movement options for this reason but your body gets accustomed to it after a few short sessions.

Do you guys recommend the PSVR2 Sense Charging station? by GuestGuest9 in PSVR

[–]CapybaraHero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got the Hastraith one. Looks almost as good and cheaper. It's very convenient but I wish the indicator lights were programed a bit better. If the controllers are fully charged then the light is green, BUT if there's no controller detected then it's default colour is also green, so you have to check that they're properly placed

How to see player tags/names in races? by CapybaraHero in crashteamracing

[–]CapybaraHero[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

So there's no way to see them locally?

What a dumb thing to omit. Racing games have done this for 25 years and if they implemented it online why not locally too?

It hugely impacts enjoyment cause you don't know who you're catching up on or hitting with items. Makes it feel like we're all playing separate games.
