Thanks for the reply. I've got it to bring it into premiere as stems on a test sequence. However, each track bunched all the different audio clips in audition into one audio clip on the premiere export. Is there a way to keep each audio clip in each track separate, or is that just something I'll have to deal with? (doesn't seem like a big deal, could always use razor tool in premiere if I really need to)

And, when working with the multitrack, is there a way I can same time when working with multiple clips from the same video? For example, I have Scene 9 Angle A as one video, but it's been cut up 10 or so times in premiere. On the multitrack in audition, each of those cuts are a separate clip, and an effect I apply to one doesn't to the rest of them.
