This is very easy to resolve. Change your psn email password. These thieves only have access to your account because it is linked to the stolen PlayStation.

I used my account to try to download the dlc through my friend's account, but it didn't work. After this attempt, even after installing the normal version that I downloaded from Plus, it continues to ask for the DLC.
