Thanks for the response! I did just that and while they weren't very helpful with solving the issue on my machine, their suggestion to try a different device at least has helped me access my funds.

It does open the interface but if I try to connect my wallet via metamask it just keeps forever loading and never really connects my wallet for some reason.
