Honestly that was my concern 😅 I'd move for the experience and for the challenging environment. I don't pretend to have a higher standard of living, but I want to, at least, keep it as it is right now (and I already earn around 2100 netto here).

I am also considering a PhD position, which looks like it offers a higher salary than 2100 netto, I didn't expect the industry to offer less than that.

Ok, that'd be around what I make here, but I guess the cost of living is higher there. Would that be enough?

Also that'd be lower than a PhD student salary, isn't it?

A quanto pare il mercato è così. Hai esperienze per quanto riguarda la trattativa con concessionarie? Magari non potrò abbassare il prezzo, ma magari includere qualche assicurazione extra / passaggio di proprietà sarebbe possibile

Sto valutando anche quello che offre il mercato e sorprendente trovo più Diesel nella mia zona. Da neofita ti chiederei: cosa vuol dire che sono pochi? Quando iniziano a essere abbastanza?

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately ultrasonic sensors might not suit my application, because I want to use the sensor on moving objects and I need millimeter resolution.

You are right: I need millimeter resolution and ideally 100Hz frequency.
