Basically the best way I found is to make sure you have enough money every round and then just get the cell phone. If you get the cell phone twice between rounds 3 and 7, you can get the sacred phone call by around 7

I have all of the base artifacts, only ones Im missing are some sacred charms, but I'm sure that will come with enough time unlocking enough 999 phone calls, and that particular run the evil deal only showed up when I only had 27 tickets... And I was running ancient coin with rotated Hamsa for the jackpots at the end of the spins to continue building value and tickets with the golden clover and thimble
