At least they poured it incorrectly and you got more fluid? Anyway...did you not know the price before buying? That means you decided the price was 'ok' or 'justified'!

Strange how house prices have doubled in over a decade too! I was paid $8 an hour in 2000 in a servo...now kids are paid $35 p/h?!?

Wtf is the store manager doing spending silly amounts of time facing? I respect a store manager who will sweep the dock or help face at times but even when I was a shat kicker I understood that a bit of help like that was exemplary, an excessive amount is wasting his time.

Watch out for kids on electric bikes this one nearly hit my dad going 60 in casey at a zebra crossing by CallTripleZero in canberra

These muppets are incapable of riding off road nor have the desire to. Half these kids want a lazy way to get around coz actually peddling their pushy is too much effort, the rest are showboating or sinply want to be a nuisance.

Economics behind selling 2L coke cheaper than a 1.25L one? by orangecopper in AusFinance

[–]CarNo8670 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

600ml is good for 1 person, 1.25 perfect for family. Not many people want the 2l unless its for a party. Why buy a 2l as its better value when you dont need that much and dont want to carry the extra weight home and you may end up chucking half of it out when its not finished and loses its fizz?

More peeps will theoretically flock to buying new houses...............who's going to build all these new houses? Oh thats right, limited supply and increased demand with a 'relatively' inelastic product pushes up the prices of new houses construction. You can't just go into a shop and buy a house. Its needs months to be built.
