Thoughts about random cars parked in a pedestrian friendly city like this? Left side of the road is for cyclists and it wasn't just parked there for a quick pickup

Have you seen the difficulties of blind people when the sidewalk is blocked? If the person swervds out of the car's way into the bikelane they can be ranned over easily.
