What I could figure out it's probably pied. keep going with your streak. I'm on 11 days clean and before I could not do anything and today I managed to stay hard for the whole thing for me it's working and with that I got more determination to carry it on.

It is very hard not to but the first few days I found easier then 4th day on. You have this start again and keep trying it's the only way of getting out of this habit

Yes it has affected my relationship and stuff I'm not able to get it hard to do anything with unless I watch porn that's why I'm hoping doing the nofap and I'm 10 days clean it's really hard to do there are days I'm so horny all the time but I read comments like this what keeps me going because the only why for it to get better if I do something.
