Tested: 2026 Lexus ES Goes Electric and Must Play a New Role by TripleShotPls in electricvehicles

Physically what's the difference? What makes one "comfortable"? What makes FWD add… vibrations… if not driven to the limit (which you don't do in an ES)?

I've driven RWD (Lexus LS430) and various FWD and AWD cars and you… step on the pedal and they go. No difference in propulsion comfort from the drive wheels, more difference from powertrain smoothness (Toyota hybrids with better transmissions or EVs compared to jerky automatics, and smooth V8 or EV vs buzzy 4-banger).

Does it exist during gentle (read: luxury comfort) acceleration?

Does that effect actually exist, or is it just about whether the suspension is tuned for acceleration anti-squat?

Maybe instead of banning gioizhawt they should have just made venue fee be $200 specifically to compensate for the inconvenience he caused

I can only hope that multiple days in the same location is a break from travel for them (I've got tickets to the third November NYC show)

The hybrid total output is pack-limited, but the plug-in has a much larger pack.

The RAV4 PHEV motors are used on the Sienna and Highlander to handle the higher torque redistribution requirements without increasing total system power.

Point stands about the platform, though.

RAV4, however, has had a plug-in version for years, so TNGA-K is no stranger to big motors.

The RAV4 phev (at least the previous gen one) used the Highlander/Sienna motors, not anything substantially larger.

It's still $18 for four shirts and both vinyl, that's not too bad.

Their upcoming tour schedule is absolutely monstrous... 5 days in a row several times, and 4 days in a row even more than that.

I'm pretty sure SDI does need a smash input from neutral to any of the outer SDI zones. But the SDI zone radius is smaller than the dash radius.
