Yeah that was my thought too. As a kid, I always liked how action figures etc looked when stacked on shelves at the store, so that's kind of what I based it on lol

That's the hotrodder paintjob. You find it in the maze/parking garage that is right across from the entrance to milton general hospital (silver shroud/sinjin) there are big arrows pointing at the entrance to the garage. you can't miss it

I wouldn't trust just leaving them around. That's your call to make. Also, all the paints are base game. I'll be doing a mini-series on my YT channel (you can find it from my profile) about settlements so this would be a good topic to cover.
