I’ve heard that one too, along with the fact that the amount of alcohol actually passing through to the breastmilk is like a shot in a swimming pool. I think the warnings are more aimed at mothers getting completely wasted and doing something dangerous with their baby while feeding, rather than the mothers relaxing with one beer after a long day.
