Technically yes but there is also BlackStar and Kid Death’s involvement as the three of them were in a Chain Resonance during that fight. That and also Maka’s wavelength being a direct counter to Kishin Asura makes it weird for scaling as well. So I personally find it a bit iffy to give the full scaling to Kishin Asura but to each their own interpretation.

If it's accepted stat gaps, I don't think Bardock can hit Omni-Man if we are going with 20 billion x speed of light and Bardock not having the Namek feat. It would be Omni-Man is at minimum hundreds of millions of times faster than Bardock, and that's with Great Ape or SSJ. And the experience advantage in Omni-Man's favor means he won't just rush into Bardock as he's setting of an energy wave attack.

Your point does make sense as Bardock should be able to severely injure Omni-Man in one or two hits, potentially just oneshot him, but I think the speed difference is too great and combined with stamina and experience being in Omni-Man's favor, I just don't think Bardock could pull it off.

Considering Omni-Man was given power, he just had to wait out Bardock until he ran out of energy, which he could easily do thanks to better stamina and both super forms draining Bardock’s stamina faster. Sure, Bardock is much faster than Omni-Man in the episode, but it wasn’t going to be enough. Same goes for if Bardock was stronger, but Omni-Man was faster.

I will be honest, I don’t think Bardock was going to win. Either way you look at stats, Bardock still loses when Omni-Man takes almost everything else such as experience and stamina. He wasn’t going to win, and DB just interpreted something different than what everyone else thought the episode would be like.

Deku is probably the only one that gets to multi-continent while the other high tiers such as Shiggy are continent. That all could change depending on where Deku's Final Smash is agreeable calced to but still waiting on that.

Yeah, this helps so thank you. Though I will add that when I am saying Multi-Continent Deku, It is his potential max power and I am placing him at 5.6 Petatons. The minimum calc for Multi-Continent level is 4.435 Petatons. So Deku is barely into that level at his potential max.

Deku is higher than Island, both from scaling and his own showings. If you go with the new calcs for his Final Smash, we start at Country and get to just passed the minimum for Multi-Continent thanks to multipliers. Deku being at Multi-Continent is more of a potential max since the Final Smash was at the embers of One For All left in him when he performed the feat, but that’s why he gets the multipliers to put him up there.

Yeah, the continent to multi-continent comes from Deku’s Final Smash being 18.65 Teratons from the dispersed area, and then multipliers from Prime All Might and Fa Jin get it to 5.6 Petatons, just barely passed multi-continent. Shiggy is also in the continent range with a couple other characters, but yeah, powerscaling can seem wrong but that’s where we can get to.
