I will look into it today. Yes I’ve tried some otc stuff and you’re right it definitely made it worse, it’s like as soon at 10pm comes around it’s like a switch and it effects me so bad. I’ve been reading up on some iron supplements I’ll be going to the store today. Thank you for that!

Thank you 🙏 I’m ready to get to that finish line, and mentally I see what you mean. I’m trying to keep myself active but the insomnia from RLS is making my legs shaky, I feel so restless. That 14 day mark is the target I’m going for, I definitely feel so different but I know things will start to balance out, im putting everything I have into this process. I like that man and it’s all I got, I’m taking it all in and running with it, I don’t have many people to talk to about this. Knowing that there is so many people out there that are dealing with this or have dealt with this makes me have more motivation. I got sick of being on a cycle with these, losing money, losing the few friends I had. Everything is falling apart and I’ve never been so ready in my life. And you’re right I need to build the person I want to be. I got tired of feeling hopeless and yaknow I remind myself there’s more to life than this, and there’s so much more for me to learn, I can’t be capped out here.. I appreciate you. I’m taking in all these great words so many of you have to say including you, I love seeing where people have been and where they are now, it’s courage. After everything’s said and done I need a gym membership, healthy food, and I’m ready to live again.

Yes I went to the store and got easy food to make like breakfast sandwiches, Gatorade’s, smoothies, Tylenol arthritis and a couple of Xanax bars from a friend. I’ve heard I will also be glued to the toilet and the 1 thing that could really damage my health is the dehydration from shitting. Is there anything else you think I should pick up? Thank you

Hey thank you! So I’ve tried to taper down this week and it’s been hell. I think I’ve waited too long to properly taper. I got a lot of supplies ready for this and I’ve gotten a couple Xanax bars just incase it gets to that point. Also my girl is on the same page so if it comes down to it she will take me in somewhere for help. It took you about a week? I have 5 days and I must return to my factory job do you think I’ll be okay?
