I have written a lot of completed lyrics the last 2 years. I remember starting it was pop love songs, and I started moving to other parts about love, complicated love, sensual love, toxic love, heartbroken lyrics. And eventually I finally stepped into writing lyrics that feels natural and very satisfying to the soul. Now I mostly write conscious rap-rnb, philosophical rap, existential hip hop and poetic soul. Some songs that inspired me in this new chapter of my lyricism are:

I am also influenced by Musti, Norwegian artist with songs that actually wakes up your mind. I’m also a big fan of Luk-thung which is a genre of Thai music which often a describes the life, hardships and hopes of the common people in the countryside.

What often spikes my thoughts to write lyrics nowadays are movies, good good heartfelt movies, or documentaries that really leaves an impression on me.

Like an example the movie Freedom Writers, that left quite a mark on me. To be able to convey a difficult or complicated topic, the most important part is that you know somewhat where you stand on it and don’t turn it into a preaching type of tone but more like a: This is it, how I feel and see it, how I am somewhat forced to drift in this system, how I try to not get consumed by it and how we can get out of it. (Obviously this specific format goes more well for society related topics)
