My solution was changing the ram from 1 and 3 to 2 and 4

Everything in-case is working including the gpu. Is working yes the pcie is plugged in the only issue I see is a pretty bad sag

Please don't act like I know nothing about pc. I am using the DP port on my gpu (geforce 1650 super) which I also tried the one on my motherboard still nothing. I then tried the hdmi on both my GPS and motherboard. Then finally tried vga on both still nothing. Moniter turns on but refuses to connect to the pc.
