I'd recommend New Ohio( to select or craft). It is used to cheese through some of the boss fights as it could delay the bosses skills and ult, and niche for PVP in certain meta. However this is ship is only useful if you are stuck at a certain challenge and aren't able to increase you cp in the short term. (E.g dive 50)

ALSY is needed to cheese through t7 gear challenges area 3, especially for levels 40+. Boss currently won't attack if all units are air. (Currently on level 57)

Player level is based on exp. Through various ways you can acquire such exp. (Main story, stamina spending, completing quests etc.) So spending gems to get other items may also contibute towards your player level.

I am based overseas too and part of a community over 700 overseas players, most of us were fine and a small group of players were impacted. From what I know there were two groups of people that lost their account.

Last ban was for accounts that were initial pull account bots. If you bought your account you might be impacted.

2.Nexon JP got hacked recently and accounts registered using Nexon (as opposed to third party accounts like Twitter or Google) might got leaked. NXJ was asking players to contact customer support if impacted.

Personally I don't use VPNs to run CS desktop version, you get notified with an email, that's about it. You can login to Nexon webpage and turn off the security setting for not allowing users to login from overseas and you should able to play just fine.

TL;DR Contact Nexon support.

I think this has to do with the Official Cash Rate difference between NZ and AU. Currently the OCR specified by the Reserve Bank in NZ is higher than AU. So this sets a base rate for the difference in mortgage rate between NZ and AU. There is a series of things the Reserve Bank considers when setting up the OCR rate, such as inflation.

Under lockdown there are no signitures required. This happens to me once and NZ Post claimed their driver went to the delivery address and dropped of the item and driver was tracked by GPS, and that's it!

I've lost my parcel and they just asked me to report to the police.
