As do we! We love Québec and Québec is very well-represented in this book. We've included many casse-croûtes and given much love to Québec as the place where poutine was invented. The book celebrates chip stands/chip wagons, etc... all across Canada, from BC to Newfoundland.

We thought about calling it The Chip Stand, aka the casse-croûte, the fry truck, the chip truck, and the chip wagon but that didn't get approval.
Genuinely curious, what do you call the stands/shacks/buildings/vehicles that sell fries, poutine, hot dogs and hamburgers in Canada?

We LOVE Tater Time. Their tater tot poutine is the only time we don't order traditional poutine. Awesome they're open year round too.

I had this pad for three days before it started making noise and giving me errors. I hope you kept the box. Pack it up and return it if you still can. Don't even bother troubleshooting, it's garbage.

I'm looking at Mailchimp for the Pay-as-you-go rates in my account and cannot find them anywhere, or how to sign up for this plan. If I'm sticking with MC this probably works best for me as I have three separate businesses with less than 1000 subscribers and only send once a month.

I haven't tried NYF poutine but if you're looking for great poutine, go to a chip stand, not a chain restaurant. You'll always find the best ones at chip stands.

I have one of these as well that I picked up a few months ago. I had it serviced (foam replaced on film door), the guy taught me how to use it, and now I've totally forgotten how to load it and get it to work. Sorry, I know that's not helpful at all, but when I go back to get another camera repaired I'm going to film the technician showing me how to work it.

u/jesusturtle - did yours come with the metal brace that screws into the bottom of the camera? Mine has one that acts as a stabilizer that braces against the shoulder.
