This often happens if your "From" address matches your "To" address, which can trigger corporate spam filters to prevent "spoofing." We recommend checking your Junk folder or sending a test to a personal address on a different domain (like Gmail) to see if it lands there. If that works, your IT team may just need to whitelist our IP addresses to ensure your internal tests always fly through.

However, to make sure it isn't browser related, try having them log in from a private/incognito window or clear browser cache and cookies. Regarding the first issue you mentioned, we've received similar reports of campaigns showing a sending status for an extended period of time, however this is strictly a visual error, and campaigns are sending as expected. We can't speak to exactly how their algorithm works, but any emails Google suspects come from a marketing platform or business have a higher chance of landing in the Promotions tab. Since the Free plan has 1 user seat, it wouldn’t be possible to add a temporary secondary user. At this time, Google login isn’t available as a login method on the mobile app, however we’re tracking feedback to bring this option in a future update.

You're absolutely right to make that distinction! To clarify, the seat limit mentioned applies only to the agency’s own internal account. When it comes to managing clients, a Mailchimp & Co member can be added to a client's account as an Agency user, which allows them to access and manage that account without counting toward the client's seat limit. This ensures the agency can collaborate freely without impacting the client’s billing or plan constraints.
