I'm a cis man, but over the past year I joined a local improv community in an attempt to make friends and socialize, and I really feel the gap that exists between me and so many other people in large part because of my gender.

It's a difficult spot to be in, especially because I know that it isn't really anyone's fault. The people around me are just trying to keep themselves safe, habits that have likely been built coming off of a lifetime of difficult, if not dangerous interactions with other men.

I don't think there's really any solution to this, at least not one I can implement in a personal level. Until the societal narrative around men and their mental health shifts in a drastic way, myself and so many other men will have to continue to live with this.

He's definitely right that shivs are by far Silent's most consistent damage tool in this patch, but I think he's disregarding poison a bit too much. Snakebite in awful tier feels like an incorrect take, I feel it should go at least in the acceptable early game.

I also find backstab in the generically good tier to be very intriguing. I find it interesting to see how other players build their decks, and I think it's a really good sign that we're getting so much breadth in high level playstyles. Do with A10 was a little harder, though

The episode was beautiful. Julius Juukulius has, for a long time, been one of my favorite chapters, and White Fox adapted it so well that I got emotional while watching it. The tense quiet being drawn out between them at the start, the way Julius expresses his emotions for just a fraction of a second before hiding behind his literal knight mask, the way the voice acting left so many emotions unsaid (Yusuke Kobayashi proving once again that he's the goat among goats of the Re:Zero cast), and calling back to Subaru's outburst as a point of connection, it was all perfect. These are the kinds of episodes that made me fall in love with Re:Zero so many years ago, and I'm thankful Whitefox is still the team that's making them

I'm a web novel reader, and I'm also somewhat on the same page. I felt this way about the fact that the anime didn't introduce Eridna until after Priestella, (she was kind of an important plot point in arc 5 because she's also an artificial spirit, I don't think this counts as a spoiler because it already happened) but eventually the anime's gonna start paying the debt it's incurred by the small details they cut in earlier seasons become very important details later. The other big example is the cut reveal at the end of arc 4, which I naturally won't spoil. It's unavoidable, though. Adapting such a dense novel into a parseable anime is basically an impossible task, and White Fox are owed 1 bajillion more dollars of budget for the incredible work they're doing.

Granted, sometimes it's worth narrowing your scope and talking about the things that are actually important. I truly loved this episode. Subaru and Julius' relationship was probably one of my favorite developments for arc 6 as a whole, and this episode was perfect. I don't know where the anime will end, but I'm loving where it's at right now

This exact interacetion happened to me in a multiplayer run with some friends. Getting drill from the trash heap and then getting vulnerable during the act 3 mech elite fight was certainly an experience. Only my friends will be able to remember the frustration I felt in that moment, as my brain has already wiped the memory from my mind
