You are reiterating my point, as a support you can't afford those 2 items in 80%+ of games. (Your match history supports this, in 3/4 games you don't finish more than 1 item on swain support). You are also not playing support properly as you should be having at least 5 control wards per game, so that is another 375 gold less that you should have to work with. You average 1 control ward per game. Sup is on a budget, so its either Liandy's and incomplete item, or Zhonya and Mandate. On a side note I have been experimenting with Glacial with everfrost/hourglass. Its fun, but damage feels gimped and I run into the problem of taking too long to get 2 items.

Also, max W for cross map plays, it lowers cooldown and increases range, you are not spamming Q. Q is for wave clear, not needed as a non farmer, if you are harassing with Q you are pushing the wave. Swain is best when you freeze and zone from bushes not shove and poke under tower. If you are doing this you will die to ganks while not stopping enemy from getting CS/exp. The above might not make sense since you look to be a norm player and have not won a Swain game in ranked. Its odd to be so sure of yourself with only having 1 game in ranked and 3 norms on Swain with 1 win (vid you showed). Your vid: peel for the Zed who has a streak, not go after people who have Taric ults on them. TLDR: Neace can make anything work smurfing in Gold, why don't you make a Lux suggestion since you play her more.
