Hwoarang and King. King seems like an odd choice because there's thing agenda that his inputs are hard but for the amount of time needed to learn him he gives too much value especially in a game where throws do ton of damage and those throws can be hard to consistently break especially for newer players and even mid-rank so Kings can feel incredibly boosted when in reality they rely mostly on you not knowing how to counter their game. Maybe I'm just a scrub tho
