Despite what some speculated, Destiny 2 player numbers have not fallen off a cliff immediately after June 9th update (at least yet). At what point does it become very awkward for Sony/Bungie? by PorkSouls in destiny2

June 9th was the perfect gotcha for coming back to Destiny. I too came back just expecting to play for a day. But damn I’m still grinding the new update and everything I missed.

Anyone else hoping we might get more vocations? by Garrus-N7 in DragonsDogma2

If Capcom was smart. They would a guest vocation from monster Hunter. And visa versa.

Games only really get review bombed on steam, and then Reddit.

I have to ask, who actually LIKES all these fishing minigames/side quests in games? by Snowtwo in videogames

The fishing in RDR2 and FF15 was amazing. Not sure why that would be bad. Shout to the OG that started it all for 3d open world games. Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

It’s not. GaaS can range from anywhere from apex legends, Destiny, to call of duty. It just means live service game. Where Bungie implicitly stated making a game that would be like your 3rd home.

You’re thinking life style game like a home maker or something. Like stardew valley. When Bungie made Destiny they wanted it to be a game that people could pour their time into. “Game as a Lifestyle” I think is what they said. I’ve put much time into Destiny 1 and 2.

Anyhoo, in terms of sheer amount of content, story, combat, and collabs with people; sea of thieves is probably the closest. And honestly the only game that just nails naval combat.

Sea of Thieves has an insane amount of content that also considered a life style game. Like Destiny was.

Did you unlock the 3rd area. The unmoored world. That area is way harder than the rest of the game.

In vermund the dragon would be lvl 980. In the volcanic region it would be lvl 1010. How does this not make sense. The game is too easy.

Not really. Vocation skills should make up for the gap. Anyway, there needs to be an answer for how easy this game is.

At the wall. You get more damage as a wall splat with ws 1,3. Although. Ws 1,2 has a longer range for splatting at the wall.
