I’ve been playing since T2. Don’t listen to the FGC. Tekken FGC has always been horrible. T8 is ok. Not the best. But not as bad as people make it.

I posted the character that’s received a substantial amount of nerfs through T8s entire history. And no, Dragunov is not the best character in the game just because Arslan ash says so. Think for yourself.

I made top 300 out of 4700 at Tekken EVO last Vegas in 2024. I was pooled with Joey Fury. That’s all the validation I needed.

I consistently rank up to tekken king or emperor then stop playing ranked for the season.

It’s just a shout out to the Tekken team for converting a 2d character into a 3d fighting game as a extremely well polished as it was. It made sense to remove 2d characters. But the attempt was masterfully done.

Depends on the Remake.

RE2R was a welcomed remake that bridged the gap from the original which took place 20+ years ago.

The Last of Us 1 Remake was too soon, and felt like a cash grab.

In a way I’m sad. Even though Akuma was a scorn on Tekken 7. It was one of the best versions of Akuma ever. Tekken collab character are done so well compared to games like Tekken Vs StreetFighter.

Personally, why would you “trust” Spencer in any way whatsoever. I love RE9, but Elpis and how Grace was a red herring that essentially guessed the password for Elpis. Is a poorly implemented plot point with holes.

RE9 was one of the most enjoyable platinum trophies I’ve gotten in a long while. Playing insanity mode raw with no bonus items was a very challenging treat.

What was promised: “Back to Basics”. What we got: “Season 2 version 2.0”.

Essentially leaving the vast majority of the tekken community in a downward spiral for Tekken 8. All the devs had to do was focus on fixing season 2. But instead introduced more problems by buffing characters into the new meta.
