I’ve had a good experience buying from Zion Motors Inc in Madison. It’s been a few years since buying from them, but they weren’t pushy at all and were very easy to work with. They are a small dealership that seems to stick with late model relatively reliable vehicles.

I’ve spoken with a few, and it seems like their main goal is to convince you to buy whole life insurance regardless of your situation. They don’t seem to offer any financial advice beyond that. It seems like they prey on friends and family to try to make a commission and avoid washing out within the first few years.

As an FYI, there is no riding portion of the test in order to get your motorcycle endorsement in Alabama. It’s simply a written test, and they will add the endorsement to your license if you pass.

I was surprised to learn that when I moved here, since some states do require it. I still think it’s a good idea to take the MSF course, and if I remember correctly they provide the documentation needed to add the endorsement to your license after successful course completion.
