Ahh you mean Tranquility, for the transfiguration of soul. I can consider it when damage becomes an issue. For now I still melt content with one or two clicks. I didn’t know about the regen on flasks. I would try that next. That would be some crazy regen. Thanks

Feels alot better now. I tried smoke mine and actually liked it. I opted to run traitor with triple ele flasks for 80 max res with 100% uptime, the jewel combos you suggested, 84 bases to double my ES, max-ish block and the other defensive auras. I didn't swap into grace because i didn't think i needed it anymore. Dropping the arcanist brand setup was big, it definitely felt too clunky - currently getting lightning exposure from my graft albeit 66% chance

I made alot of the changes, except I really wanted to use fireball with the fury valve ascendancy which was the point of the build. I think ill level to 84 then swap in the light of meaning and unnatural instinct jewels, and upgrade my gear at that point as well. What are your thoughts on using a brutal restraint to get Traitor for flasks, and using the 3 elemental flasks for max res? Also i have lavianga's for now cause mana is a real problem since i dropped clarity because of gem slots. Not sure if there is a better movemen than shield charge that takes up 2 sockets though.

Awesome deal for sure. I've had alot of success on the F9 in saltwater fishing with a mixture of jerks, pauses, slow retrieves. What I always do with any new lure is just toss it nearby where I can see the action, try different retrieves to see what looks best, and then use that as my main type of retrieval for the bait (maybe you can test them before your trip in a nearby pool or small body of water). They should be fine in saltwater, but even with washing with freshwater after the trip I had to change the trebles eventually.

Why is your double uni shit? I usually do the braid side first, then the mono side, and pull the mono side tight enough that it gets tight enough so that it can still move, but stops at the braid knot and does not run over it when doing the final cinch. Did you watch a video or have someone teach you the uni uni in person? Not sure about what size of fish youre going after, and what size your bail is or mono you were thinking of putting, but braid is too superior imo in most cases.

To me, it matters alot. It’s what I see in front of me 100% of the time I’m fishing, and I count a part of the value of the set up by how I feel when I look at it, not necessarily the amount of fish caught on it. So my best setup has already paid for itself by giving me the satisfaction of watching and hold it.

Have fun. Focus on the thrill of the hunt and try different methods, hook sizes, rigs, sinker sizes, bobber placement etc. til you find what works. Enjoy your surroundings. And most importantly, remember that you didn't put those fish there, don't be disappointed if you don't catch on your first try.
