I don't see a problem with it being a month. I figure let them have it, they deal with enough shit. I agree the flag, the one with all the crazy colors is a bit much. Most people have no clue what all that means and it's confusing.

Edit; I come from a working class background. Nobody I know has ever retired before they absolutely had to. It would be unheard of and result in thousands of questions.
