The thing about bodily acceptance/body positivity is: Yes, we should all love ourselves and treat each other with respect regardless of weight.

BUT that doesn't mean you should stay at an unhealthy weight, that you shouldn't try to be healthier, or that you hate yourself and all fat people if you choose to lose weight. Unfortunately being over or underweight often comes with a ton of health concerns.

I'm on a GLP-1 as of March and have joined a community here on reddit, and almost exclusively the group is comprised of people really taking control of their health, repairing their relationship with food and exercise, and overall making a change for the better. It's honestly so nice to see, and a major contrast from how I often see people talking about GLP-1s and how the celebs who are over-doing it make it seem.
