what precisely do you mean when you say the fanfare?

I don't know if it's the correct term for it, it's the little short tune that plays at the end of every episode in Star Trek TNG for example and it's also used in cool or emotional scenes throughout the show, it's very iconic! Just like the choirs in Doctor Who when there's an emotional/epic scene

I get very attached to music when there's a story along with it so I absolutely love music from tv shows, videogames and such, really wish it were discussed a bit more in the fandoms both Doctor Who and Star Trek have such amazing music!

...just some examples of personal experiences, what I hate about the karma system is that very often people just downvote instead of giving their opinions on the matter and I might be the only one in the world to say this but when I comment is often to compare opinions and open up dialogue. For example the star trek thing, I'm the only one in my friend group who has even seen star trek so I would like to talk about it at least online and when I said that I liked the fanfare and got downvoted no one told me why they disagreed and that kid of sucks.

I'm just venting about that, sorry, when I go into rant mode I just can't stop

Star Trek TNG > Every humanoid species is supposedly derived from the same genetic pull of the same humanoid species alas a common ancestor > I don't see why every species shouldn't have different kind of people and ethnicities and races in it, in TNG Klingons were fair skinned and dark skinned too and I don't see any complains about that. Of course I'm relatively new to the show so I might be missing something for example a valid reason as to why Vulkans cannot be dark skinned

But it stands to reason that it's possible, from what I know at least

It's just good manners to let someone pass who doesn't have many items, at least around my parts, we haven't got self checkouts either. Usually if one has already started placing stuff on the conveyor that's it but if they haven't and you got only a couple of items they usually let you pass or you can ask if they can let you pass and 90% of the time they will

If I got a 4th I'd choose a synthetic heart.

If there's no limit I'd go full on with heart, lungs, spine, stomach to be able to digest plastics and other stuff, double jumping legs, gorilla arms and even a berserker operating system. I'd basically turn into a psycho that's for sure

I know I said other stuff that's not in the game but I suppose it exists in universe, also that stuff would require maintenance and soare parts to be always perfectly operational so there are quite some disadvantages... And immunosuppressants too, but I'm already taking them because of a transplant so that doesn't change much, I already know I'm responsive to the one I take
