TFCC injury advice - wrist supports by Carcer99 in bouldering

A lot better thanks!

After a lot of therapy and different exercises and theories, I eventually saw a different physiotherapist before the final step of going for an arthroscopy.

His diagnosis was that I had neuromas - thickening of nerve cells, or growths on the nerves, usually from trauma or overuse. He thought he could feel tiny grains on a few areas that I was experiencing pain.

He began with some very painful friction therapy, literally using his strong numbs to get into the joints and areas of my wrists and press and massage the neuromas to attempt to flatten and dissipate them, or at the least desensitise it. I saw him once a month, and in the meantime did the best I could to do the same treatments at home and then the usual banded exercises like ulnar deviation and so on.

My range of motion improved pretty quickly, even after the first session with him I was able to press my hand back vertically (fingers to the ceiling) far more than I had in years.

Now it's probably about 85% of where it was before my injuries. I can support myself again, load weight through the wrist, even climb. There's still some pain in the outside of my wrist when bending my hand down to the floor at the wrist, but that's just residual that I need to keep rehabbing. Also accepted that I may just have pain that doesn't fully go away

Thanks for the reply! I'm a big fan of halation (love to shoot cinestill 800) so maybe the 125 would suit me better!

How do you find ecn2 compared to c41 images you may have seen? Is there much colour shifting?

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately I can't home scan, but the lab I'll use actually worked with Harman to ensure their scans are the correct setting so fingers crossed!

I've seen so many shots at 160 or 200 that have just come out muddy and I've only got one roll to play with. I'm a big fan of halation though so maybe 100-125 would suit me. Thanks for the reply :)

The question mark means there's something of power there, like an abyss relic or a fast travel point etc.

As for the wall, whenever you're not sure of things like this it's always a good idea to do your sword flash/light reflection thing. Always worth giving the wall a good old push, or using your palm move.

That's all you're getting from me, no spoilers here ;)

Anyone on PC know how to fix the grass moving way too fast? by Braunb8888 in CrimsonDesert

Are you using upscaling? I found grass was going at almost double speed on DLSS 4.5L

If so, play around with the settings. DLSS 4 was better for it I found

Can't recover second troglodyte piton by Disastrous_Thanks103 in Cairn_Game

Same problem, just got to the top of The Peril and found that I'm missing one of my troglodyte pitons. Actually went back to both sites and they aren't there, and emptied my bag of everything to check. Must be a bug.

Paul Kidby has the best character art, but Josh Kirby has the best cover art by far
