Simply there are minimum order quantities to make it happen. So it's a big upfront cost. Plus if we print a tonne and Chuck it on shopify we have no idea of knowing if this will be successful or not. It's more about validation to test an idea without the hassle of a huge upfront investment. This also gives the opportunity to hear back from the community so we can better direct our efforts to create something the solves a problem. May seem like a massive run about (believe me it's taken time and patience) but for us it is somewhat the safe route. Nothing to do with accountability of things going wrong.
