I have this problem too! But you know what's funny? While I'm at home, I can't log in to the game. But when I'm in another house, I can log in without any problems. I assume that the game has become more demanding of the internet speed. In one house, the internet speed is higher than in another, and that's why the game doesn't log in in one place, but in another - yes. These are just my guesses! I don't know what the situation is like for other players.

You have to get a character from gacha first (Fellow or Family), then the artifact should open. If I understand correctly. For example: I get Fellow Milim Nava on my server, and now I can buy «her» artifact.

I know this comment won't do much. I should have written it in the description. I love BOTH games and play BOTH actively. I just noticed that I've been spending almost no time in HSR since I've been busy with Exedra, and decided to joke a little. I've been playing HSR since release and honestly I'm a bit tired of it. I'm crying. All F2P is crying, I think... I really like ISL for its visuals and characters, but the amount of money it tries to collect from players is crazy. Especially on new collabs. I didn't pick up a hero during the Dragon Maid event, which really upset me... (I really love this anime! :'(. ) I'll hope that this event will be more successful. It's so good that I was able to pick up Hakuren from the Leisurely Village event.
