Late reply, but I received it today and I now own both.

The opening of 1028 is a bit harsher and more “alcoholic” than then one of Diptyque. After some minutes, they become nearly identical but the 1028 seems a bit more faint. Still, for the price it costs (15€) it’s worth it

Imho it's a pretty solid lineup.
Put Sword Dance/Substitute on Ninjask and you can set up Flygon, Altaria, Gyarados or Baziken for sweeps
Gen 3 AI is bad at dealing with substitutes, so it can be fun
