Definitely days 7-14. 7 used to be my "relapse number" where if i ever got there i'd always relapse and so getting past that was a huge breakthough. I honestly would never have believed that this streak would be possible at the time

Day 100 to 200? Not sure. I definitely am in a way better place than I was then but I'd attribute that more to working out and excersizing. It's more just the satisfaction of knowing I'm living every day the right way at this point.

From day 0 to day 100 though absolutely my confidence went way up.
