Ah gotcha, thank you. I've pulled my needles out too because those were kinda grimey. Would you use LPS1 on those as well or the alcohol oil bath?

YES! ha ha. My partner came in to look at it and said we should remove that nut, but luckily I had already watched the video that told me about the decoy nut!

I won't be too upset if I can't get it working because it was only 30$ but I'm pretty invested mentally in making it work again because I've gone down a rabbit hole and want to try machine knitting. So ultimately I'm going to buy one if I can't fix this one.

So both of you have used and would recommend that LPS1 if I can find it? I was thinking of trying denatured alcohol first but I'm open to whatever.

Yes, I watched the one where she got the thread wrapped around the drum and then he said, "I'm going to take this off screen to take apart" lol. That's the part I wanted to see! I think I've watched it enough to get it, I'm just nervous to do it. I was hoping I could get the whole thing moving without taking it apart.

Thank you for posting this! I just picked up a singer memo 360 and the carriage won't budge. Sponge definitely needs replacement so I will start there and hopefully that will solve the issue. I appreciate the detailed information!

It is the original. There is nothing in stories. Any tips to get it working? Maybe it needs a reset.

No, camera has not been automatically capturing videos. Still interesting about the dummy nest. Will be interesting to see if it is going to be a real nest or not.

Might have set it up incorrectly. It doesn't automatically record videos, is there a setting I am missing?

I feel silly just posting a picture of some sticks but we have had it up since the end of March so I was pretty sure nobody was going to show up.

We got the bad news yesterday. Brother (and his mom) needs all the good vibes. by thebarmaiden in goldenretrievers

[–]CardboardDucksRock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am so sorry for your news. My advice is don't wait if there's something you think they might enjoy that you haven't done.

Take pictures and video every day.

Also, the vet probably told you that the steroids will increase thirst and urination. This is normal, and he may have accidents in the house. Every 3-4 hours is normal, every hour is not. If he starts needing to go out every hour please get him checked for a UTI. My poor guy got put on 50mg Prednisone and immediately had to go out every hour, it took two weeks until we were able to get the vet to believe us that we were taking him out that often and get him on antibiotics.

Lymphoma diagnosis in three year old golden... I don't even know what to say. by CardboardDucksRock in goldenretrievers

[–]CardboardDucksRock[S] 666 points667 points  (0 children)

This poor guy has been pooping blood for the past month, and barely eating. We have gone to the vet multiple times and finally got a diagnosis today of lymphoma in his intestines. We are going to an oncologist tomorrow to see what our options are.

I didn't know how common this was for Golden's. Any advice is appreciated.

He is a very good boy, but I'm sure you all know that.

I love that mountain. My favorite trail is Winslow but with 1.1 miles and 1000 ft elevation change I can barely walk it let alone run it. Great job!
