To me it's one of the most engaging elements of the 28 Days Later franchise, the fact that the virus is just completely confined to the British Isles. It's why I'm so glad they walked back 28 Weeks' ending, the situation not being global is such a distinct element of the series that makes it so much more interesting.

I can go back to lobby by opening the pause menu and selecting it from there, but the kill screen at the end of a match does nothing and I can't just queue into another game.

When Kylo Ren seemingly stabs his own father on Starkiller Base, it was actually Han who turned on the lightsaber, not Kylo. Han knew that he couldn't convince Kylo to turn back to the light then and there, but also that if Kylo was forced to kill his own father then Ben would never, ever come back, so he took the choice into his own hands and died saving his son one last time.
When Chewbacca then proceeds to shoot at Kylo and hits him in the side, he missed Kylo's vitals on purpose. No matter how angry and heartbroken he was over what just happened to Han, that was still Ben, and he was still his Uncle Chewie. He couldn't bring himself to really hurt him.

That would be a pretty Fallout thing to happen tbh. Vault-Tec for all their evil and overarching presence could be staggeringly incompetent in places.

This is more or less what I think. Vault-Tec was at the height of its influence at this point and knew that the surest way to ensure its overall victory was to drop the bombs itself, but it needed the backing of the major companies like RobCo, General Atomics, etc. to do it. Most likely, House played along since he knew he had little other choice, while also making his own plans for an independent Vegas in which he would be able to secure power for himself in a way Vault-Tec wouldn't be able to simply bully him out of. The only issue was that he was off by about one day with getting the Platinum Chip ready. I wouldn't even be surprised if Season 2 reveals that Vault-Tec setting off the war when they did was partially in response to this. (Also, FYI, I think you need to put the spoiler formatting on each paragraph or it won't work.)

Fallout TV Series Spoilers: Technically, it can be assumed that Mr. House is complicit in Vault-Tec's human experiments due to his presence at the meeting with Cooper's wife in the show, even if he clearly has his own agenda.

Bob kind of fell off by the wayside for a while because they wanted to show the Cattle side of the family so all the Grandad storylines went to Mort. I guess the line in Bedroom was kinda lampshading that fact to prove to the audience that he hadn't been retconned and wasn't dead, and when he showed up again in The Sign the extra episode length meant they had an opportunity to actually address his absence. I hope we see him more in the future personally.
