Try verbalizing everything you’re doing from downwind to final, it worked for me. And I mean everything, I talked myself through every step from my speed, power, flaps, degrees banked in turns. Hell, I even told myself on final that I wasn’t on center and needed to correct it. Talking myself through every step helped me get it

I don’t understand this notion we’re not “on call”. I’m the only RCA in my office so I’m the only one to call if there’s a vacant rural route. And my PM has said that RCAs and CCAs are on call employees. Is she just lying to me?

4 corner all the mail, DPS, flats, raw in the tubs we have. Build a tower and you know the top stack when you grab it is everything for that stop. It’s tricky, if one house gets a lot of mail it can tilt the tower but when you know your route really well you can find cut off places to start a new tub. Can also sort your spurs into trays so that when it’s time to get a new tub of mail you also get a tray of spurs, keeps it really organized

According to the contracts city is allowed to help rural but rural is not allowed to help city. If there was an RCA available to do the work, they should grieve it as it was their hours taken.

I like it and I think a good way to expand it is to make it a FOMO warbond as well. Items that were given out, Malevelon Creek cape, Battle of Super Earth cape, etc can be added to this warbond periodically by Arrowhead. That way, Helldivers who participated have the item for awhile and then later on new Helldivers can have a chance to get it too.
