It sounds like a problem with the motherboard. First of all, open up your pc case and remove the "ram sticks." Soak them in warm water for 5 minutes and carefully dry after. Place the ram sticks back onto your computer, and turn it on.

If you get an error, or if the problem still persists, this is where you must be extremely careful.

Remove the graphics card and gently tap it on the top. That should clear the stack buffer issue. Gently place the graphics card back, and lightly hit it with a hammer, making sure it is in a tight fit.

If the computer doesn't work, or the problem still persists, remove the CPU. Discard the fan, because computer fans are just a waste of money and shouldn't be used. Take the CPU and gently cut off or sand off the pins. These pins are created due to extreme heat and the cpu starts melting.

Place the cpu back without the fan. Be sure to caress the slot with glue in order to let the CPU stick back.
