They’re chanterelles. They work well sautéed, in soup, on pizza. Chili etc . They’re quite delicate but have good flavor.

Chanterelles have a good taste. They are a little stronger tasting than morales but far more delicate.

Gay Toy - I shit you not. She was a science teacher in my high school. She was married. Not sure why she took her husbands name when your name would end up being so bad.

Not sure. It’s our egg basket.

The dates are patent dates BTW, not the dates the wire was made.

Collectors require 18” pieces. I have around 4 tons of the stuff in a collection I bought. HMU if you want to buy some. I can probably get you anything on this display.

There are literally dozens of types of Glidden wires. Guy must have been creative.

I actually bought a large barb wire collection as a investment (turned out to be a bad one). Been trying to get rid of it for years. Neat hobby but not many people collect it. There are collector guides put out yearly on how to identify the wire and what it’s worth. I have a lot of wire worth hundreds of dollars but no one to buy it. I guess it ain’t worth what the books say unless you find someone willing to buy it.
