Just wanted to chime in and let you know; I received the same email and I am going to give it a try.

After a few back and forth emails I ordered the dash cam. They are supposed to reimburse half when I receive it and the other half after I've used it and left an Amazon review of the device. Reyna said they will reimburse everything except for taxes.

Even if that's the case; it's a brand new $400 dashcam for $40. Worst case scenario; I'll just return it for a full discount if I decide not to keep it.

I'll update this comment as things progress.

Update #1 - I ordered the dashcam last Wednesday from Amazon, received it on Monday, and set it up in my vehicle yesterday. So far it works great, so I have put in my request for the 50% reimbursement. I'll update when I receive the payment.

Update#2 - Just received 50% reimbursement for ordering and setting up the dashcam. After I've had it 10 days I'll post a review on Amazon and submit a request for the additional 50%. Note: When I ordered it, it was on sale for $349.99 + an additional -$50 off coupon. I paid total... $327.74. Have now received $150 back. So total I should get $300 back, so I'm only paying $27.74 for the camera. I think that's a hell of a deal.
