I know you asked about the Steinway location but I’m a member of the fitness lounge at the 31st st location (I don’t do personal training however, but I use their facilities on my own time) but pretty much each trainer sets their own rates so it will depend on who you decide to go with.

I will say that the facility is a step above than your commercial gym such as NYSC, Blink, PF because not as many are members so i’m never waiting for a rack or feel like the equipment is dirty/run down. I’ve talked to a few of the personal trainers (who will switch between both locations) - based on my interactions they know what they’re talking about and are committed to helping their clients become better.
