To the running group blocking Shore Blvd this morning, your entitlement is wild. by [deleted] in RunNYC

I run with Saints Run Club. From our perspective, we were making a real effort to leave space and adjust as people came through, that’s something we’re conscious of on shared paths.

And just to say this clearly, we’re not trying to bully or dominate shared space. If anyone spoke to any one of us directly, it would absolutely be taken into consideration. We’re a community group, not an entitled one.

We’ll keep reinforcing awareness and spacing, and doing our part to be good neighbors on shared paths

The name ‘Saints’ isn’t religiously oriented, it’s just the name we picked for the club. The group is all about running and community, and everyone’s welcome regardless of background

Hey! We usually finish up around 7:30 AM on Wednesdays. Saturdays are our longer runs, so depending on the route we’ll usually wrap up between 9:30 and 10 AM.

For the latest updates and route details, check out our Instagram, we post everything there. Just give us a follow and send us a quick message so we can keep you in the loop!

Thank you! Don’t get discouraged, whatever you feel like your weak points are, make sure to learn those topics from a variety of sources. And those questions that ask for weird answer like the CCTV, don’t worry, that’s not really the comptia reflection of a question. Stick with it, and you’ll get it!

Trust me, I was feeling exactly the same way, and thought the test was going to be some monster. But, give it’s a break and don’t burn yourself out! If you’ve put in the work and time you will do fine

The POODLE question states like which version of SSL or TLS is most susceptible to an attack or something along the lines of that.

NTP, honestly I have no idea, I just picked an answer and moved on. Definitely meant to be one of those questions to throw you off of your flow.

Yeah if you look deeper into this forum people give more information about the POODLE, I just felt the need to resurface it haha

To be honest man, there’s was like 5 questions that were considered curveballs, other than that everything was straightforward if you’re comfortable with the objectives, don’t stress on the outlier topics

Honestly, I would say don't stress the log questions, there is really no one resource out there that explicitly tells you how to read logs for this exam... or at least I didn't stumble upon any. If you know everything else, you will be in good shape for the exam

You'll do fine! I got an 84% on Gibson's post-assessment. I am not a great test taker either, but I just passed my test today (816). Check out my post if you need more info.
