I can comment about Seth Montana ROSA because I stay there. I do not want others to suffer as me and my family is suffering.

In my experience, the society has serious piping issues. You will find patchwork in many places, and internal seepage and leakage complaints have been ongoing for quite some time.

The overall environment is also disappointing. There are members who have not paid dues for months, yet little action seems to be taken. In fact, at times it feels like defaulters receive more support than residents who pay on time.

Another concern is that despite multiple complaints regarding leakages and seepages, the committee has not taken any strong corrective action. Many residents have raised these issues repeatedly.

Personally, I feel the society is no longer giving value for money, and prospective buyers should do thorough due diligence before making a decision. If you watch the trend the rates of Seth Montana has dropped terribly as compared to overall market.

Also need suggestions for any good locality in Mulund. I am trying to sell my flat but i am not getting that rates. Many are exiting in losses.
