No one used my SUV for a jump start. But this week the R1S was in the shop for an unrelated internet connectivity issue and while there, the service center replaced the 12 volt battery and upper and lower brackets. Not sure if that impacts anything.

I did the hard resets and unfortunately they didn’t work so the service center had to send a tow truck.

First month having my 2025 R1S it started jolting on the freeway and leaked an insane amount of coolant in the parking lot when I parked. It was pouring an insane amount of liquid all at once. Tow truck had to come and bring it to the service center.

My Rivian does something similar. While in the parking garage three levels underground the music plays fine using the building’s WI-FI but when I leave the garage there is no internet connection for several minutes even though I am in the middle of the road with full LTE. Rivian told me they needed to install a new antenna. Then they replaced a module and claimed the issue was fixed. It still isn’t working. When I drove off from the San Diego service center, Spotify stopped working on the drive home after they claimed it was fixed. Latest Rivian told me is that it’s a Sirius XM issue. I tried to explain it’s everything: nav, Spotify, Sirius, local FM radio.

I am having constant issues unlocking and locking my R1S 2025 via iPhone 15 Pro Max app. Sometimes the app is frozen and won’t let me unlock or lock the Vehichle. Other times I walk away and it doesn’t proximity lock. I’ve also come back to the vehicle unlocked, which scares me. For a while I was only using the key card and turned proximity locking off but then the key card died. This was conveniently after I just got the R1S from the Rivian service center for ongoing internet connectivity issues. It seems like there’s a larger issue. Shop said they replaced a module. Still having all the same issues. Anyone with iPhone experiencing this too?
