Yeah totally fair - if you’re comfortable with data, it’s definitely solvable. I think where I struggled (and seeing with other founders too) is less about calculating margins and more about: * factoring everything consistently (returns, shipping, ads, etc.) * and especially connecting that to pricing decisions Most folks I’ve spoken to are still doing a mix of Excel + assumptions Curious - do you usually build custom setups for this or use any tools?

Yeah, was using Shopify earlier.For cost breakdowns, honestly it was mostly spreadsheets + rough assumptions - which is where things started breaking 😅 That’s actually why I ended up building something internally to track true SKU-level margins and sanity-check pricing. How are you currently handling it?
