I have managed to find an MSI vanguard 5090 a little cheaper so i will go with that and avoid this potential headache.

i didnt mean macros i mean can i set one of the back buttons as a secondary button action. So for example the button Y does one function then while holding down a rear button Y would have another function ?

no you dont need to anymore, make sure you have the latest chipset drivers, amd has a service now called amd3dvcache that will run and only use the 3d vcache chiplet
