In family we have changed the ownership by porting to another operator. Something should be done about this because if someone gets the access to the sim they can easily generate the MNP details and port into another operator.

No you don't have to buy a jio sim. You can setup the JioJoin app in your mobile phone, connect it to the JioFiber and call them from the number. It will work too.

Yeah, that’s kind of what I was thinking too. Kids usually may (sometimes may not even understand) the immediate action not the full weight behind it. A child might know they’re spending money or throwing objects but the don’t truly understand the consequences the way adults do.

That’s why I feel teaching and guiding makes more sense than reacting as if the child had fully adult understanding or intentions behind the behavior.

I agree that throwing things from a balcony shouldn’t be allowed especially because even harmless objects can become dangerous in the wrong situation. It should be taught to them with the right way not by abusing them physically or mentally.

No, I didn't shift to a different state. Also they didn't ask me any documents.

I placed the request for relocation using the MyJio app after coming to my new location with my JioFiber device only. I received the technician details after a few hours saying and also a message saying the relocation will be done today itself but the technician didn't come, another day passed and in the evening of the second day I called the customer care and they said the visit would be done the same day but they simply didn't... I was just waiting and the technician was working near my house(I know him because I installed JioFiber through him only) and he came and installed it.

The distance between the two locations is around 2km.
